Cheryl and I headed over to the Issaqual Alps to do a short easy hike at Cougar Mountain. It was a foggy day and didn't improve at a higher elevation. We began our hike on the Wildside Trail, turned on to Marshall's Hill Trail and then...well, it is uncertain where we went and how we returned. We did find our way out (yay!) passing several creeks and some massive rocks. We hiked for 2.5 hours then headed to the nearby Starbucks for a hot drink and our lunch. Maybe this is the last hike of the year!
